time (tele-imaging in medicine (time) , a cyber bridge interfaces china with europe on collaborative health care)project is funded under european commission's asia it&c programme running from february 2005 to december 2007. its partners include middlesex university (coordinator), uk, fuzhou university, capital university of medical sciences, china, athens university of economics and business, greece, university of cambridge, uk. the aims of time are to identify relevant organizations to establish a network as a platform for technology transfer from europe to china and to set up guidelines on the development of telemedicine system.
